The Federation established the 《FCPAE Microelectronics Professional Forum》 in Jun 2004, and co-established《China-Europe Forum on Life Sciences》with China Haizhi Office in Feb. 2005 based on the professional talent resources of the FCPAE governing body association. These professional forums are scientific and technological professional organizations for overseas Chinese in Europe.
