The China-Europe Scientists Forum is dedicated to promoting academic exchange and cooperation between China and Europe, fostering talent and industry convergence, and supporting regional development and scientific innovation. The first forum was successfully held in October 2024 in Frankfurt, Germany, attracting over 200 experts and scholars who engaged in in-depth discussions on translational medicine, artificial intelligence, and computer science. The 2nd China-Europe Scientists Forum is scheduled to be held from October 31 to November 2, 2025, at the Bürgerhaus Heidelberg, Germany. Two new parallel forums will be added: one on ICT transformation, chaired by a data communication standards expert from Huawei Europe, and another on control engineering, chaired by Prof. Hamid Reza Karimi, Academician of the European Academy of Sciences. The total number of offline parallel forums will reach six, with two additional online forums, making it the largest technology cooperation platform led by the Chinese diaspora in Europe.
