Innovation and entrepreneurship base is established jointly by the European Federation of Chinese Professional Associations (FCPAE) and relevant institutions and local governments in China. It absorbs European technical teams and scientific research institutions to develop products for Chinese enterprises, or transports overseas Chinese entrepreneurship teams, especially those from Europe, to start businesses in China.
Innovation and entrepreneurship bases currently established:
Jinan Eurasian Science and Technology Talent Entrepreneurship Base
Jointly established by FCPAE and Jinan Municipal People’s Government, Jinan base started its operation in the Jinan Overseas Students Pioneer Park in November 2004. This base is also the contact point for recommending, contacting and receiving overseas professionals to work in China.
Xuzhou Overseas Science and Technology Talents Entrepreneurship Base
The Xuzhou Overseas Science and Technology Talents Entrepreneurship Base, jointly established by FCPAE and Xuzhou Municipal People’s Government, Xuzhou base started its operation in Xuzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone on February 16, 2008. This base is also the contact point for recommending, contacting and receiving overseas professionals to work in China.
Haizhi European Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base (Belgium)
Jointly established by FCPAE and China Science and Technology, the CAST-FCPAE European (Belgium) Haizhi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base (referred to as the European Haizhi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base), was launched in Leuven, Belgium on September 6, 2016. This allows Chinese companies to access European technical and scientific research and development resources directly to develop future products for the global market.
European Life Sciences Haizhi Base (Switzerland)
FCPAE European Life Sciences (Switzerland) Haizhi Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base (hereinafter referred to as the European Life Sciences Haizhi Base), was stablished jointly by FCPAE and China Science and Technology Association, on June 22, 2018, and operated by the China-Europe Life Sciences Alliance, the governing unit of FCPAE. The China-EU Alliance for Life Sciences will play its professional advantages to its full potential and will promote all-round exchanges and cooperation in Life Sciences between China and Europe.
